Sitting here, staring at my computer screen, I can only wonder what I should write for this page. Being an ‘about’ page I should describe myself in some detail that will help you get to know me.

Feels near impossible, although I’ll try my best.

My name is Harry Wolff. If you live in certain areas of the world, and you say my name aloud, it more-often-than-not sounds like “Hairy Wolf”. This pronunciation, albeit wrong, usually prompts a fit of laughter followed by questions incredibly wondering how my parents could have given me such a funny name: “Didn’t they realize?” people exclaim. No, they didn’t, they just thought it was a happy name. And it is a happy name – see me smiling?

Besides, it’s not like you’re going to forget my name any time soon now, will you? Can’t beat instant brand recognition.

Aside from early years wrought with name-teasing, I’ve had an altogether happy life. Born and raised in the (relatively) small town of Greenwich, CT I got the best of both worlds. I benefited from the luxuries of suburban life while being able to enjoy city-living by hoping on an hour-long train into New York City.

Fast forward to the present and I’m now a University of Connecticut Undergraduate Alumnus, majored in Web Development. I currently work at GetGlue.com as a Web Developer. Living the dream for real!
